By purchasing a ticket to the Ateneo Alumni Association of Australia (AAAA) Charity High Tea Fundraiser, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase and Entry
- Each ticket admits one guest and must be presented (digital or printed) upon entry.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the Event Organiser.
- The AAAA reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot present a valid ticket.
- For information about this event, please contact the Event Organiser.
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the event by email from the Event Organiser.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
- All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available except in the event of cancellation by the AAAA.
- If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and offered a full refund of the ticket price only.
3. Event Changes
- The AAAA may modify event details (including program, catering, or schedule) if required. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders.
4. Photography and Media
- The event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for AAAA communications and promotional materials.
5. Liability
- Guests attend at their own risk. The AAAA is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
- Guests must follow all safety instructions and venue guidelines.
6. Conduct
- The AAAA reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
7. Privacy
- Personal information collected through ticket sales is used solely for event administration and AAAA communications, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
