Thank you so much for choosing Sound Healing with Jackalyn. Your support means the world to us, and we want to ensure your experience is peaceful and seamless. Please take a moment to read through our booking terms.

Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking and would like a full refund, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice before your event or session. Once we’ve processed your cancellation, please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be completed.

No-Show Policy
We completely understand that life happens, but if you don’t show up for your event or session, or if we don’t hear from you in advance, we’ll need to charge you the full cost of the booking. This policy helps us continue to offer our services to everyone who wishes to participate.

Rescheduling & Transfers
If you need to reschedule your booking, please let us know at least 2 business days in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else waitlisted. If you can’t attend but would like to transfer your booking to someone else, that’s no problem! Just contact us with their name and details, and we’ll update our records.

Agreement
By booking with Sound Healing with Jackalyn, you agree to these terms and conditions. Your understanding and support make it possible for us to continue offering healing sound and light to the community, and we’re so grateful for that!
