Participation & Behaviour
This is a family‑friendly community workshop. All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, the artist, other families, and the workshop materials.

Any behaviour that is unsafe, disruptive, or impacts the experience of others may result in removal from the activity.

Materials and equipment must be used safely and as instructed.

Parental / Guardian Supervision
Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible guardian.

Staff and the artist are present to guide the activity, but they are not responsible for individual child supervision.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child participates safely and follows instructions.

Bookings & Attendance
This is a free workshop, but bookings are required to manage capacity.

A booking is considered unconfirmed until you receive a confirmation email from the booking system.

If you arrive late, your space may be offered to walk‑ins to ensure all sessions run smoothly.

If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking so another family can participate.

Safety & Participation
This workshop involves the use of air‑dry clay, small decorative items, and craft materials.

Parents/guardians are responsible for assessing whether the activity is suitable for their child.

Participants take part at their own risk.

Photography & Media (Optional – include if relevant)
Photos may be taken during the workshop for centre or event promotion.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify staff on arrival.

Use of Information
Information collected through the booking system is used solely for event administration, including managing attendance, communicating updates, and ensuring a safe and organised workshop.

Non‑identifiable data (e.g., attendance numbers, age ranges, participation levels) may be used for reporting purposes and to assess the success of the workshop for future community programming.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required for event delivery or where legally necessary.

Cancellation or Changes
Lakelands Shopping Centre and Link Event Services reserve the right to change, postpone, or cancel the workshop if required for safety, operational, or unforeseen reasons.

Any changes will be communicated via the contact details provided at booking.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
