1. General Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to the Dalby Picnic Races, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The event is strictly 18+ only. Valid photo ID must be presented at the gate. Entry will be refused if you are under 18.
2. Age Restrictions & Compliance
No refunds will be issued if you purchase a ticket while under 18 and are refused entry. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure all attendees are 18 years or older.
3. Ticketing & Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for change of mind after purchase. Tickets are non‑transferable unless approved by the event organiser. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
4. Weather Conditions & Event Continuation
The Dalby Picnic Races is an all‑weather event. No refunds will be provided due to bad weather, including rain, storms, heat, or other adverse conditions. If rain prevents the physical running of races, the event will proceed as Phantom Races, with all hospitality, entertainment, and facilities continuing as planned. The event organisers reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel parts of the program due to safety considerations, without issuing refunds.
5. Entry & Behavior
The event reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disorderly, intoxicated, or unsafe manner. No BYO alcohol is permitted. Bag checks may be conducted. Attendees must comply with all responsible service of alcohol requirements.
6. Safety & Liability
Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. The event organisers accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
Patrons must take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others.
7. Photography & Media
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff on arrival.
8. Event Changes
The event program, entertainment, race schedule, and hospitality offerings may change without notice. Any changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
