The scoring system for the Rotary Community Challenge 2026 is as follows, with points allocated for:

- 1 point per attendee who registers via this site and actually attends the swim.
- 1 point for attending the swim (swimmer, spectator or volunteer).
- 1 point per $ donated.
- 1 point per lap completed at the swim.

Laps must be completed in the dedicated lanes in the main pool at Bruce Rock Aquatic Centre.

The Community Challenge prize for 2026, including prizemoney of $500 will go to the school belonging to the community scoring the most points in the Challenge
