Cancellation Policy:

Each session booked through Kandahey is bound by the following policy. A session refers to an hour long tutoring session either online or face-to-face, one-on-one or one-to-many.

If you are unable to attend a session, or you are not present when you have your tutor attend a session, you must provide your tutor with notice at least 24 hours ahead of the booked start time. Your tutor will have prepared the session, blocked out their schedule for you to attend and, for face-to face sessions, may have commenced travel to the session.

At Kandahey understand that in many situations the inability to attend a session may be unavoidable – your schedule may unexpectedly change, there may be a sudden emergency or sickness may prevent the session from going ahead. In this situation, please contact your tutor directly as soon as possible.

If 24 hours notice is given, then a full credit will be issued for the session. In most cases, your tutor may be able to reschedule for another time in the next seven days.

If notice is given within 24 hours of the scheduled session time, the maximum credit for the session is 50% of the booked fee.

If notice is given within 6 hours of the scheduled session time, then the session will be deemed to have been forfeit.

If your Kandahey tutor is unable to attend a session then they will endeavour to give you 24 hours notice of cancellation and a full credit will be issued for the session.

For online sessions, technical difficulties are an unfortunate but unavoidable occurrence and credit will be given for the percentage of the session that is interrupted.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
