These are the ticketing “Term and Conditions” for tickets sold by 24 CARROT PRODUCTIONS PTY LTD (ACN 623 167 680) (“24 Carrot”, “They”, “Their”).

24 Carrot provides ticketing services for productions and events (“Event”), including the sale and distribution of tickets using the Try Booking ticketing platform. In providing these services, 24 Carrot operates services on trybooking.com and may extend its services to other websites from time to time.
Thank You for taking the time to read the following conditions of ticket sale. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before proceeding with Your purchase. By purchasing a ticket from 24 Carrot, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions relate to both the sale of the tickets and attendance at 24 Carrot Events and apply to both the original purchaser and any subsequent ticketholders (“You”, “Your”). Acceptance with these Terms and Conditions are a pre-condition to the purchase of a ticket and are as follows:
A. TICKETS

Refunds, Exchanges and Replacements
1. You may make a request for a refund or transfer of Your Ticket if You can no longer attend the Event due to sickness or any other reason. 24 Carrot will use its best efforts to be accommodating to Your situation and may accept Your request for a refund or transfer in its full discretion. All requests for refunds and transfers should be sent within a reasonable time before the Event to sharmini@24carrotproductions.com and should include Your booking reference number. 24 Carrot will endeavour to respond to Your request as soon as reasonably possible.
2. If an Event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by 24 Carrot, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. Unless required by law, 24 Carrot will not be liable for any other losses incurred by You as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an Event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
3. 24 Carrot will only replace lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets if the authenticity of the ticket can be verified, including proof of purchase, and if You give reasonable notice before the Event. 24 Carrot may charge a reasonable fee for the replacement of tickets.
Authenticity and Validity of Tickets
4. Entry to an Event may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including because the ticket has been damaged or defaced in any way, or has not been purchased from the Try Booking platform or from 24 Carrot directly.
Resale of Tickets
5. Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of 24 Carrot, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction or other unauthorised resale sites) or used for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the ticketholder of the ticket may be refused admission.
Collection and Delivery of Tickets
6. You must allow adequate time for collection or delivery of tickets. Methods of collection and/or delivery may be available when choosing Your collection/delivery details.
7. Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided for collection of tickets and at the Event.

B. EVENT INFORMATION

Variations
8. 24 Carrot reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity at an Event.
Photography and Recordings Release

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, You agree that:

9. 24 Carrot may photograph, film or otherwise record Your image, voice, biographical material and/or artwork created by You at the Event (“Photographs and/or Footage”).
10. 24 Carrot may reproduce, use or otherwise exploit any Photographs and/or Footage across all media (including but not limited to brochures, booklets, videos, reports, press releases, websites, social media and exhibits) (“Publications”) for the purposes of education, information, promotion, public relations and fund-raising connected with 24 Carrot and/or its events.
11. The Photographs and/or Footage may be edited in 24 Carrot’s sole discretion and You hereby waive any moral rights You may have in the Photographs and/or Footage throughout the world in perpetuity.
12. You acknowledge that 24 Carrot will own all right, title and interest in and to any Photographs and/or Footage captured at the Event and You will not retain any rights, including copyright, or interest in the Photographs and/or Footage.
13. You acknowledge You will not be entitled to receive any payment from 24 Carrot with respect to the use or exploitation of the Photographs and/or Footage.
14. You hereby irrevocably release and indemnify 24 Carrot, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and representatives from and against any loss, damage, cost, expense, or claim arising out of the use of the Photographs and/or Footage.
15. If You do not want Photographs and/or Footage taken of You at the Event and/or used in Publications, please notify 24 Carrot by emailing sharmini@24carrotproductions.com within a reasonable time before the Event and 24 Carrot will use Their best efforts to accommodate for Your request.
Cameras and Recording Devices
16. Cameras and other recording devices may not be permitted at the Event, unless where explicitly allowed.
17. 24 Carrot reserve the right to request the deletion of any unauthorised photos on Your camera and/or recording device.
Conditions of Entry
18. Admission to an Event is subject to 24 Carrot’s Terms and Conditions.
19. You may be denied entry into, or removed from, an event where 24 Carrot has reasonable grounds to do so, including the following:
a) if You breach these Terms and Conditions; or
b) if You are intoxicated; or
c) if You are under the influence of illicit drugs; or
d) if You are inappropriately attired; or
e) if You are adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others.
20. If You arrive late, You may not be admitted until a suitable break in the Event.
21. You may be required to submit to a search of You and/or Your possessions before entering the Event.

C. GENERAL

22. 24 Carrot may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. It’s Your responsibility to check for updates to the Terms and Conditions.
23. These Terms and Conditions incorporate the LPA Code, which sets out a code of conduct for the sale of tickets to live events including consumer rights. You can find the LPA Code here .
24. If You are under 18 years of age, You agree that Your parent/guardian shall accept these Terms and Conditions on Your behalf.
25. If You are buying tickets on behalf of other people, it is Your responsibility to ensure that they have read these Terms and Conditions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
