Participation in our holiday program involves inherent risks associated with outdoor activity, including but not limited to hiking, mountain biking, camping and other recreational pursuits. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our participants, unforeseen circumstances may arise. By participating in our program, participants acknowledge and accept these risks, and agree to hold harmless the organisers, leaders and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that may occur during the program. Participants are encouraged to exercise caution and adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the organisers.

DECLARATION:
I, being the parent/guardian of the aforementioned child/ren, approve of the enrolment of my child/ren and agree to abide by the conditions of Outbound Discovery. I authorise you in the event of any accident or illness to obtain medical assistance and agree to meet any expense. I agree that Outbound Discovery and its staff shall be released from and shall not incur any responsibility or liability for any accident or injury to the participant or for any damage to or loss of property belonging to the applicant. I agree to notify Outbound Discovery immediately should any of the details provided above change.
