Holiday Workshop Terms & Conditions & Liability Waiver
1. Registration & Fees
Registration applies only to this holiday workshop.
All fees are non-refundable once paid.
2. Safety & Behaviour Expectations
We aim to provide a fun and safe environment for all children.
To ensure this:
Students must show respect to others and follow teacher instructions at all times.
Unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the workshop.
Physical violence, rough play, or misuse of equipment is not allowed.
3. Physical Activity & Movement
Our workshops include movement activities such as drama games and dance-based exercises:
These may involve moving arms and legs, working close to the ground, and expressive movement.
Students should wear comfortable clothing and practical footwear.
No jewellery or accessories that could pose a risk.
4. Use of Space & Equipment
Students must not climb on furniture, access stacked equipment, or go into restricted areas unless given permission by a teacher.
Props and class materials will be provided.
No personal toys are to be brought into class.
5. Drop-off & Pick-up
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the session begins.
Children must be signed in and out by a parent/carer at the studio entrance.
Children will not be released unless collected by an authorised adult or with prior written permission.
6. Supervision & Breaks
Students will be supervised by qualified staff (holding WWCC or equivalent).
For bathroom breaks, children will be sent in pairs.
Water bottles may be brought and used at set times.
No nut products are allowed due to allergies.
7. Parent Attendance
Parents are kindly asked not to stay during the workshop, as this can impact student engagement.
8. Medical & Emergency Information
Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before the workshop.
Emergency contact details must be up to date and accessible during the workshop.
9. Image Consent
We may take photos/videos during the workshop. By registering, you consent to images of my child/ren being used for training, publicity or any other lawful business purpose by O’Grady Drama.
10. Liability Waiver
By enrolling your child, you understand that the workshop involves physical activity, and while care is taken, there is a risk of injury.
You accept responsibility for your child’s participation.
11. Privacy & Payment
Information collected at registration is used only for workshop operations and child safety.
By registering, you agree to our use of your data for communication, emergency contacts, and workshop administration.
If paying online, you also agree to the terms of our payment providers.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
