To help us plan a smooth and enjoyable day, all bookings are 100% non-refundable from Monday, 11th May. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to a new participant by emailing us their details up to 14 days before the event. Requests within the 14 days prior to the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for supporting our cause!

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
