Tickets to be purchased online through the Australian Jazz Museum (AJM) website. They are issued digitally and will be emailed to you. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folders in case your tickets are there, instead of your inbox.

A transaction fee of $0.50 per ticket applies for all tickets purchased via the AJM online or over the phone.

Tickets for group tours are non-refundable, however they can be transferred to an alternate date.

The AJM reserves the right to suspend or cancel Group Bookings at any time. Minimum numbers are required for group bookings and the AJM reserves the right to cancel a group booking if insufficient bookings are received.

Students and children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a teacher or other adult. Teachers and group chaperones are responsible for student behaviour.
