i3net Event Terms & Conditions
By registering for this event and providing your personal information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Personal Information
To register for the event, we will collect personal information from you. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company affiliation, and other relevant details necessary for event coordination.
2. Use of Personal Information
Your personal information will be used for event registration, communication, networking, and logistics. It may be shared with organisations involved in the planning, promotion, delivery, or partnership of the event. We will not share your personal information with unrelated third parties without your explicit consent.
By registering, you agree to have your name and organisation included in the printed and/or digital “Who’s In The Room” document, which may be distributed to attendees.
3. Contact Sharing
Your contact details (name, organisation, email address, and/or phone number) may be shared with:
i3net members and event attendees after the event for networking purposes.
By registering, you consent to the sharing of your details for these purposes.
4. Security of Personal Information
We take all reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet or stored electronically.
5. Age Restriction
This event is open only to individuals aged 18 years and over. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
6. Code of Conduct
All attendees must behave in a respectful, inclusive, and professional manner. i3net reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund for behaviour deemed inappropriate, disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful to others.
7. Photography and Videography
By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed. i3net may use these images and recordings for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes without further notice or compensation.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
i3net is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the event. Attendees are responsible for their own health, safety, and belongings throughout the event.
9. Modification of Terms
i3net reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For the most up-to-date version, please contact i3net@i3net.com.au.
10. Applicability of Terms
These terms apply to the individual making the booking and to all other ticket holders associated with the booking.
11. Official Identification
You may be required to present official identification (e.g. driver’s license or passport) to verify your ticket. If your ID does not match the name on the ticket, entry may be refused without refund.
12. Ticket Cancellation by Organiser
We reserve the right to cancel your ticket(s) at our discretion. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
13. Ticket Cancellation by Attendee
If you need to cancel your ticket(s), you must do so at least 7 days prior to the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
14. Ticket Transfers
Ticket transfers are subject to approval. Please contact us in advance if you need to change the name on your ticket. We reserve the right to refuse transfers at our discretion.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
