By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Age Requirement
- This is a strictly 18+ event.
- All attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proof of age may be requested at entry.

2. Responsible Service of Alcohol and Beverages
- Alcohol will be available for purchase at the event and will be served in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any person who is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
- BYO alcohol is not permitted. All alcohol consumed at the event must be purchased from the authorised bar.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any person who is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
- Soft drinks and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase at the event.

3. Food
- Guests may bring food; however, as this event is a fundraiser, we encourage attendees to support the event by purchasing food available on the night

4. Behaviour and Conduct
- All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, volunteers, and the venue.
- The organisers reserve the right to remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.
- No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

5.Tickets
- Tickets must be purchased prior to the event through the approved ticketing system.
- Entry will only be permitted to ticket holders.

6. Refund Policy
- Tickets are generally non-refundable, except in the event that the organisers cancel the event.
- If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and refunds will be arranged.

7. Event Changes
- The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event format, schedule, or activities if necessary.

8. Photography and Promotion
- Photographs or videos may be taken during the event for promotional or reporting purposes.
- By attending, you consent to the use of these images by the WSS and WSHS P&C Associations.

9. Liability
- Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.
- The WSS and WSHS P&C Associations accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event except where required by law.

10. Fundraising Purpose
- All proceeds from the event will be evenly shared between the Wilsonton State School and Wilsonton State High School P&C Associations to support students at their respective schools.

11. Table Decorations and Themes
- Guests are welcome and encouraged to decorate their tables or dress in a theme to add to the fun atmosphere of the evening.
- Decorations must be safe, respectful, and appropriate for a school venue.
- Open flames, candles, confetti, glitter, and items that may damage the venue are not permitted.
- Decorations must fit within the allocated table space and must not obstruct walkways or emergency exits.
- All decorations must be removed by guests at the end of the event.
