By purchasing a ticket to an Arts Lab Collective workshop, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from Arts Lab Collective Pty. Ltd.

2. Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable. In the event you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to a future workshop, subject to availability and at the discretion of Arts Lab Collective.

If Arts Lab Collective is required to cancel or reschedule the workshop, a full refund or transfer will be offered.

3. Participation
Workshops are designed to be active and participatory. By attending, you acknowledge and accept involvement in physical and performance-based activities.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to engage in the session.

4. Behaviour & Conduct
Arts Lab Collective reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Liability
Arts Lab Collective and its facilitators are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the workshop, except where required by law.

Participants attend at their own risk.

6. Media & Photography
Workshops will be photographed and/or filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in Arts Lab Collective marketing materials.

If you do not wish to be included, you must notify us in writing prior to the workshop.

7. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Arts Lab Collective accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged items.

8. Privacy
Any personal information collected during booking will be used solely for communication and operational purposes related to Arts Lab Collective and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Agreement
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
