- 18+ event only. Valid photo ID must be produced to redeem ticket. No ID, no entry to campground, car park or ball.
- Tickets are transferable but not refundable. New attendee must supply valid photo ID for redemption and name change must be facilitated by the original buyer by contacting the organiser, who will confirm the change.
- No admission to campground without a valid ticket or prior arrangement.
- Patrons must follow the instruction of organisers and their representatives, including but not limited to volunteers and security staff.
- No: under 18s, glass, food dye, vehicle movement once arrived (NSW road rules apply and police will be present), keybanging, dogs, uncontained campfires
- Patrons consent to the use of photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes by the organiser without compensation or further notice.

Waiver of Liability for Ticket Buyers

Location: Hay Showground and Racecourse, Showground Road, Hay, NSW 2711, Australia
Dates: 00:01 AM, June 5, 2026 to 11:59 AM, June 7, 2026
By purchasing a ticket to the 2026 Hay B&S Ball and accessing the Hay Showground and Racecourse area (collectively, the "Venue"), you (the "Ticket Holder") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk: The Ticket Holder acknowledges that attending the Event may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, trauma, or property damage that may result from accidents, acts of other persons, fire, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Ticket Holder assumes all risks associated with attending the Event.
2. Release of Liability: The Ticket Holder hereby releases, waives, and discharges Hay B&S organisers and committee, their affiliates, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents (collectively, the "Organisers") from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise out of or relate to any injury, trauma, or damages sustained by the Ticket Holder while attending the Event or while on the Venue premises.
3. Indemnification: The Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorney's fees, incurred by the Organizers as a result of any claims made by the Ticket Holder or any third party arising from the Ticket Holder's participation in the Event.
4. Acknowledgment of Understanding: By purchasing this ticket, the Ticket Holder acknowledges that they have read and understood this waiver, and that they are voluntarily agreeing to the terms contained herein. The Ticket Holder further affirms that they are of legal age to give this waiver or, if not should not be attending this event.
5. Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Event is held.
