Winterfest 2026 – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing tickets to Belrose Winterfest 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Admission

• All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.
• This is a community fundraising event organised by the Belrose Public School P&C.

Event Details

• Event date: Sunday 26 July 2026
• Event times and activities are subject to change without notice.
• Entry to the event may be free; however, rides, activities, and attractions may require tickets or wristbands.

Ride & Activity Tickets

• Pre-purchased tickets and wristbands are valid only for Winterfest 2026.
• Lost or stolen tickets/wristbands cannot be replaced.
• Some activities (including the ice rink) may require booking into specific time slots.

Ice Rink Sessions

• Ice skating sessions run for allocated time slots.
• Participants must arrive prior to their session start time. Late arrivals may forfeit their session.
• Socks must be worn when using ice skates.
• All participants skate at their own risk.

Children & Supervision

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Some rides and activities may have height, age, or safety restrictions.

Weather Policy

• Winterfest will proceed in most weather conditions.
• In the case of extreme weather or safety concerns, the event may be postponed or cancelled.
• Refunds will only be issued if the entire event is cancelled.

Photography & Media

• By attending the event, you consent to photography and videography being taken.
• Images may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by the event organisers.

Safety & Conduct

• Attendees must follow all safety instructions from event staff and ride operators.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

Liability

• Attendees participate in activities at their own risk.
• The organisers, volunteers, and sponsors accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
