By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

As the Legal guardian/parent/caregiver of the participant I acknowledge that despite precautions accidents and injuries may occur while participating in Dancenergy (DE) workshops, classes and events. I assume all responsibility and risk for any accidents, sickness or other injuries including but not limited to death, serious bodily injury and permanent disability that may occur.

I achnowledge that the participant is in good physical condition and does not suffer from any known disability or condition which may affect the participation in any Dancenergy event or program.

I will not hold Dancenergy Studio liable for any personal injury or personal property damage or loss which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes and events.

I acknowledge that the enrolment and subsequent participation is purely voluntary and on behalf of my executors, past, present and future heirs, assigns and legal representatives, do hereby waive, release and forever discharge Dancenergy and all its directors, teachers, employees, subcontractors and representatives from any and all claims, debts, demands, liabilities, actions, loses, damages, costs or expenses including reasonable legal fees relating to Dancenergy workshops and events.

I agree and covenant not to sue or bring any claims against Dancenergy or any of its respective members with respect to any matters that result from or are related to Dancenergy events. In the event that I or anyone else on my behalf institute's any such action, that claim shall be dismissed upon presentation of this waiver and release and I will reimburse Dancenergy or its employees for any and all legal fees or expenses relating to such a claim.

I understand Dancenergys code of conduct and agree to its terms.

I have read this waiver and release and I fully understand that Dancenergy workshops may involve strenuous physical activity. I confirm that I understand all related terms and that I have given up substantial rights by agreeing to this waiver and I am signing freely and voluntarily without any inducement.

I authorise Dancenergy and it's employees to use my data including my name or any other information disclosed by me to Dancenergy and all other information regarding participation in Dancenergy events without notice or compensation to me. The materials shall remain the property of Dancenergy in perpetuity. The rights set forth in the waiver include but are not limited to, the right to use, copy and modify such materials in connections with website's, Facebook and Instagram accounts owned or operated by Dancenergy or its associates.

I authorise Dancenergy or anyone authorised by them to use and reproduce all pictures, videos, voice dialogue or any other media of the participant. Please notify us in writing if pictures cannot be publicly displayed.

I hereby confirm that I have read and fully understand all of the above statements.
