Tiny Champions Multisport Camp – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before completing your booking. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with the following:

1. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed with the organisers.

All bookings are subject to availability and camp capacity.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the camp start date will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date are non-refundable.

If Tiny Champions cancels a session (e.g. due to weather, staff illness, or unforeseen events), a full refund or credit will be offered.

3. Attendance & Collection

Drop-off is available from 7:30am; all children must be collected by 3:30pm.

Parents/guardians must inform staff of any changes to collection arrangements.

Late collection may incur additional fees.

4. Health & Safety

Parents/guardians must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and dietary requirements when booking.

All medication must be clearly labelled with instructions and handed to staff at drop-off.

Tiny Champions staff hold current First Aid certification and will act in the best interest of your child in case of injury or illness.

In an emergency, we may seek medical assistance (doctor, ambulance, hospital) if we cannot reach the listed emergency contact. Costs may be passed on to parents/guardians.

Children must be well enough to participate. If a child becomes unwell, they must be collected promptly.

5. Behaviour & Participation

Children are expected to follow staff instructions and behave respectfully towards others.

Unsafe, aggressive, or persistently disruptive behaviour may result in a child being removed from camp without refund.

Tiny Champions reserves the right to refuse future enrolments where behaviour has previously caused safety concerns.

6. What to Bring

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives with:

Sports clothing and runners

Packed lunch, snacks, and refillable water bottle

Hat for outdoor activities

Tiny Champions is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Valuables should not be brought to camp.

7. Photography & Media

Photos or videos may be taken during camp for promotional use (website, social media, flyers).

If you do not want your child included, please notify us when registering.

8. Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe environment, participation in sport and physical activity carries inherent risks.

Tiny Champions accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or loss of property, except where caused by negligence of staff.

9. Consent

By completing this booking, you confirm that:

You are the parent/guardian of the child attending.

All information provided is accurate and complete.
