In the event minimum numbers are not achieved, a full refund will be provided, less ticket booking fee (50 cents) charged by Trybooking.

No refunds permitted for cancellations.

Parents are to be responsible for their child during the duration of the event. No liability is held by the organiser of this event.

Postponements initiated by the Observatory due to weather, safety or staffing issues may result in the rescheduling of your event, at no cost to you.

The program will still proceed on the event of cloud cover, in accordance with MBO policy.
