Please note Piccolo Teatro is a small theatre accessible only by two flights of stairs and is not suitable for prams. There is no storage for prams, no baby change facilities and no food or drink other than water permitted. The theatre is furnished with antique chairs with artwork hanging on the wall, parents must supervise children at all times. Ideally the venue is suitable for children aged 6 up. Late comers may only be admitted at the discretion of Management at a maximum of 10 minutes after the advertised start time. After 10 minutes has elapsed the front door will be locked and admission will be refused. TryBooking is the authorised ticket seller to performances in our venue. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any patrons who have purchased their tickets from any unauthorised seller, including tickets resold. Dress code for entry is smart casual.
Tickets purchased will be subject to an additional per-transaction fee. Specific warnings will be advised prior to the day of activity, providing that information has been supplied by the producer/promoter of that event/activity..
Unless otherwise indicated, all persons must hold a valid ticket for entry to that event/activity. Unless otherwise indicated, the use of photographic or recording equipment (including mobile phones) is strictly prohibited. Ticket refunds and exchanges may be issued at the discretion of Management, but will not be considered within 3 business days of an event or activity. The right is reserved to vary advertised artists, programs, pricing, and seating arrangements. Tracksuit pants are not suitable attire for Piccolo Teatro so please do not wear them.
