Netball Holiday Clinic – Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Purchase
- Tickets must be purchased in advance through the official registration process.
- A ticket secures a participant’s place in the clinic and is valid only for the nominated session(s).
- Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the Clinic Coordinator.
2. Participant Eligibility
- Clinics are open to eligible age groups as advertised.
- All participants must be registered prior to attending and provide emergency contact details.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring accurate information is provided at registration.
3. Attendance & Conduct
- Participants are expected to arrive on time and follow instructions from coaches and staff.
- Respectful behaviour is required at all times. The clinic reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
- Appropriate sports attire and footwear must be worn.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be provided in line with previous program policies:
- Full refund if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the clinic start date.
- 50% refund if cancellation is made between 7–14 days prior to the clinic start date.
- No refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the clinic start date, except in cases of illness or injury (medical certificate required).
- If the clinic is cancelled by the organisers (e.g., due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued.
5. Liability & Insurance
- While all care is taken to ensure participant safety, the clinic and its organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
- Participants are covered under Netball Victoria insurance provided they hold a valid membership.
6. Photography & Media
- Photographs or videos may be taken during the clinic for promotional purposes.
- Parents/guardians who do not wish their child to be included must notify the organisers in writing prior to the clinic.
7. Child Safety
- All staff and volunteers involved in the clinic hold valid Working with Children Checks.
- The clinic operates under C&DNA’s Child Safety Policy and Netball Victoria guidelines.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
