To enable us to offer a high quality of service, the following terms and conditions are applicable to your ticket purchase. PAYMENT
Payments are made through the TryBooking website. TryBooking offers a secure payment gateway that accepts Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards along with payments made through PayPal. Please contact the event organiser if you do not have access to a suitable debit or credit card. Payment must be received in full to secure your place in this course.


CANCELLATION
We would be disappointed if you were to cancel your booking. However, we realise circumstances occasionally make this necessary. A booking cancellation can be processed via the TryBooking website up to 28 days prior to the training date. If the booking is cancelled the following conditions will apply:
CANCELLATION MORE THAN 6 WEEKS PRIOR - Full refund of ticket price, less a $200 + GST admin fee.
CANCELLATION BETWEEN 4 AND 6 WEEKS PRIOR - 50% refund of ticket price.
NOTICE OF 28 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO EVENT - Non-refundable. The booking is transferable and can be allocated to someone else up until the day before the scheduled training date. Please advise Helios Salinger of the name change at office@heliossalinger.com.au


NON-ATTENDANCE
No refund is available for non-attendance.

HARD COPY MATERIALS
The course fee includes both digital and hard copy materials.  A hard copy Participant Guide will be mailed to you, using standard postage within Australia.  If you need postage outside Australia, please contact our event organiser to discuss the additional cost.  Please note that for later bookings, there is no guarantee the post will reach you before the course starts; however you will have access to the digital materials in any case.

TRYBOOKING COLLECTION NOTICE
If you do not wish to provide your name and email address, you will be unable to register for this event. TryBooking will collect your personal information which is handled according to their privacy policy. Please refer to their privacy policy for details on collection, use and disclosure of your information and how to contact them.
