1. This ticket:
a) is proof of purchase to play one round (18 holes) of the mini-golf facility for the specified session time at Oxley Golf Club (the Club);
b) is non-transferable;
c) must be presented at the Club to gain entry to the mini-golf facility; and
d) has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is subject to the terms and conditions of TryBooking.
2. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before specified session time shown on ticket.
3. The Club reserves the right to:
a) refuse entry if the ticket holder arrives after the specified session time shown on the ticket;
b) refuse entry to, or cause to be removed from, the mini-golf facility any person who is intoxicated, unruly or behaving inappropriately; and
c) film, photograph or video the mini-golf facility whilst it is being used by a ticket holder who agrees to the use of their image in any promotional material.
4. Refunds for tickets will not be provided unless the Club determines otherwise.
5. Entry to and use of the mini-golf facility is at the sole risk of the participant.
6. These terms and conditions are to be read subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
