Performer changes and refunds
Sometimes line‑ups change. If an advertised Blues on the Water performer cannot appear due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a replacement act of similar style and quality. We do not offer refunds or exchanges solely because of a change to the advertised line‑up. If the event is cancelled, or if the advertised headline act is replaced by an act of materially lower prominence or quality, you may request a full refund. This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded.
