1. I understand that whilst not the main focus of the open rehearsal, photos and video may be taken of me during the coaching session. These videos and photos may be used by Festival Statesmen and the Graduate Singers for marketing and promotional material.

2. I understand that all resources shared with me are for educational purposes and that I will not reproduce any part of these resources without seeking permission from the presenters.

3. I agree that I will stay away from the event if unwell with COVID or COVID symptoms and I will be able to participate via Zoom. If COVID or COVID symptoms prohibit me from participating via Zoom, the sessions will be recorded and distributed post event. Depending on the details of your situation, you may be eligible for a refund - please contact festivalstatesmen@gmail.com for consideration. If any sessions are cancelled by Voices of Adelaide, a full refund will apply. Please note that COVID protocols will be adhered to in the running of the sessions.

4. I acknowledge and agree that subject to law, Festival Statesmen and the Graduate Singers do not accept any liability for personal injury, property damage or loss sustained by participant at the Event (except in the case where such liability is a direct consequence of a negligent act or omission of Festival Statesmen and the Graduate Singers and its staff).
