**Next Step Netball Clinic – Terms & Conditions**

**Event Information**
For information about this event, please contact the Event Organiser. By purchasing a ticket or registering for the clinic, you agree to receive event-related information and updates via email from the Event Organiser.

**Registration and Payments**
All bookings must be completed prior to the clinic. Payment confirms your participant’s place in the clinic.

**Refund Policy**
All tickets are non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend, their place may be transferred to another participant if approved by the Event Organiser prior to the clinic. In the unlikely event that the clinic is cancelled by the Event Organiser, participants will be notified and a refund or credit may be offered.

**Weather Policy**
Clinics are run in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the Event Organiser (for example, lightning, extreme heat, or unsafe court conditions). If unsafe conditions occur, the clinic may be postponed, modified, or rescheduled.

**Participant Behaviour**
Participants are expected to follow all instructions provided by coaches and staff and behave in a respectful and safe manner at all times. The Event Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate without refund.

**Medical Information and Emergency Treatment**
Parents/guardians are responsible for informing the Event Organiser of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional needs that may affect participation. In the event of illness or injury, the Event Organiser may seek appropriate medical treatment for the participant if a parent or guardian cannot be contacted.

**Assumption of Risk / Liability Waiver**
Participation in sport and physical activity involves inherent risks. By registering for the clinic, participants (and their parent/guardian if under 18 years of age) acknowledge and accept these risks. Participation is undertaken at the participant’s own risk. The Event Organiser, coaches, and staff will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the clinic except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.

**Photo and Video Consent**
Participants (and their parent/guardian where applicable) consent to photographs and/or videos being taken during the clinic. These images may be used by the Event Organiser for promotional, marketing, website, and social media purposes relating to the clinic and future events. If you do not wish for images of the participant to be used, please notify the Event Organiser in writing prior to the event.

**Changes to the Clinic**
The Event Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the clinic schedule, format, coaching staff, or program if required.

**Supervision and Pick-Up**
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring participants are signed in and out where required and collected promptly at the end of the clinic.
