-Should the venue become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will run a make-up lesson during the term.

-Refund policy: A refund will be given if the circumstances mean that your child will not be able to attend chess class for the majority of the lessons. A refund or credit will not be given when one, two or three lessons are missed due to illness or other commitments.
-Sign-in and Sign-out procedures: all children must register at the desk: high school students sign-in and parents sign-in for primary school students. Once signed in they cannot leave the building without notifying Jay. At the end of the lesson: high school aged students must sign themselves out when they leave the room, and parents of primary school students sign their child out.
