- Parents of children who are 8 years of age or under must stay on the school grounds for the duration of the chess lesson.
- Should the venue become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will run a make-up lesson during the term.

- No food or cool drinks in the classrooms.
- Parents must supervise younger children. Children are not permitted to play inside, and they must not go beyond the red and white tape.
- Refund policy: A refund will be given if the circumstances mean that your child will not be able to attend chess class for the majority of the lessons. A refund or credit will not be given when one, two or three lessons are missed due to illness or other commitments.
- Ensure your child knows that they must register at the desk.
- Photographs may be taken for the purpose of advertising Perth Chess Academy. If you don't want your child photographed please send an email to the event organiser.
- Parents are able to take a photo of their child only.
