Popstar Bootcamp Workshop – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for this workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment & Booking:

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.

All bookings are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.

Age Groups & Sessions:

Please ensure your child is booked into the correct age group and session. Sessions are tailored for specific age ranges.

Changing age groups or sessions may be possible subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Tickets are non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by the organiser.

If a session is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be issued or credit offered for a future session.

Early Bird & Promotional Tickets:

Early Bird tickets are only available for the dates advertised and are limited in quantity.

Once the Early Bird period ends or tickets sell out, regular pricing applies.

Health & Safety:

Children must be dropped off and picked up by a parent or guardian.

Any relevant medical or allergy information should be provided during booking.

The organiser reserves the right to remove a participant from the session if their behaviour endangers themselves or others.

Photography & Video:

Workshops may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

By attending, you consent to your child being included in photos or videos unless you notify us in writing before the session.

Liability:

Participation is at the attendee’s own risk. The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the workshop.

Showcase:

Day 2 includes a showcase from 5:00pm – 6:00pm for families and friends to attend. Attendance is encouraged but optional.

Privacy:

Personal information collected during booking will only be used for the purposes of running the workshop and contacting parents/guardians regarding the session.

Changes to the Workshop:

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, or venue if necessary.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
