EILDON PARK TC – WEEKEND JUNIOR WDTA Winter 2026 COMPETITION

Conditions you agree to by submitting this entry:
1. You are a member of Eildon Park Tennis Club. If NOT you MUST join and pay BEFORE your entry is considered for team selection
2. Entry fee MUST be paid with this entry.
3. You note you are required to purchase and wear an EPTC t-shirt for matches.
4. If you are selected for a team and then you withdraw, there is NO refund of your entry fee.
5. You are 18 or under as of the listed Grand Final date
6. Team selection is based on a combination of past performance, tennis ability and desired team combinations of ALL players. NOT ALL REQUESTS CAN OR WILL BE SATISFIED.
7. If you cannot play on a rostered day, it is your responsibility to assist in finding a fill-in.
8. You note that EPTC club policy is to ensure that ALL players play finals.
9. You will pay any fines incurred by the club because of your failure to assist in finding a replacement.
10. Your parents agree to do their rostered duty.
11. Your behaviour will be appropriate to the rules of the Eildon Park Tennis Club and the WDTA.
12. You will pay any Association fines incurred by the club because of your actions
