Popstar Bootcamp Intensive – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for the Popstar Bootcamp Intensive (Rising Popstars or Next Gen Artists), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Early Bird tickets are available until Monday 23rd March 2026 or while limited spaces last.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

No refunds are available for cancellations after purchase.

In the event of cancellation by JS Vocal & Performance Studios, a full refund or transfer to a future workshop will be offered.

Early Bird discounts cannot be applied to rescheduled sessions.

3. Workshop Participation

Participants must attend the workshop at the designated date and time for their group:

Rising Popstars: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Ages 9-12)

Next Gen Artists: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Ages 13-16)

Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and pick-up at the scheduled times.

Participants must follow all in-studio safety rules and instructions from the coach.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform the studio of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to attending.

JS Vocal & Performance Studios is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow workshop instructions or safety guidelines.

5. Media & Photography

During the workshop, photos and videos may be taken for promotional or social media purposes.

By attending, participants consent to their image being used for JS Vocal & Performance Studios marketing unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Liability

JS Vocal & Performance Studios, its staff, and contractors are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the workshop, except where required by law.

7. General

Tickets are non-transferable.

Any disputes will be handled under the laws of Queensland, Australia.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
