The Lee Academy policy is to call for an ambulance in the event of a medical emergency.
The incurred cost of this service is the responsibility of the Parent/Legal Guardian of the participant that requires medical attention, if participant is under 18.
Release of liability, waiver of liability, assumption of full responsibilities for all risks of bodily injury, death or damages :
The participant or the participant's parent/legal guardian (if participant is under 18) gives consent for the student to participate in the event booked.
The participant or the participant's parent/legal guardian (if participant is under 18) understands it is
the express intent of Lee Academy to provide for the safety and protection of the student. The participant or the participant's parent/legal guardian (if participant is under 18) understands that participation in dancing/singing/ acting/ gymnastics/tumbling/power tumbling/cheerleading/ acrobatics/ aerial arts/trapeze/rope climbing/aerobic activity/trampolining/performing on stage/performing or dancing with or around a prop(properties) and related activities may result in injuries due to heights and motions involved. These injuries may include muscle strains and tears, broken bones, and severe injuries, such as permanent paralysis or even death. By participating in class, the participant or the participant's parent/legal guardian (if participant is under 18) does so with the distinct understanding
that it is entirely at their own risk.
The participant or the participant's parent/legal guardian (if participant is under 18), hereby waive any claims or causes of action for death, personal injury, property damage or otherwise that the participant or the participant's parent/legal guardian (if participant is under 18) may have or hereafter have against Lee Academy arising out of the student's participation in Lee Academy classes & training.
The participant or the participant's parent/legal guardian (if participant is under 18), further agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless all Studio Directors of the host studios, Building Owners, Adjudicators and Lee Academy staff and funding bodies, from and against all claims, judgments, losses, liability, costs and expenses asserted against Lee Academy Dance and Performing Arts
by the participant or the participant's parent/legal guardian (if participant is under 18) in connection with any activity undertaken with Lee Academy.
The participant or the participant's parent/legal guardian (if participant is under 18), hereby grant Lee Academy the exclusive right to photograph and/or videotape the participant and further utilize the participant's name, face, voice and appearance in advertising and promotions for Lee Academy.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets or attending this event organised by Lee Academy.
1. Ticket Sales and Admission:
o Tickets for the event are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
o All attendees must present a valid ticket on phone or a hardcopy for admission to the event.
o Lee Academy reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee who violates these Terms and Conditions or disrupts the event.
2. Refunds and Cancellations:
o Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by Lee Academy.
o In the event of cancellation, attendees will be offered a credit valid for 12 months from the date of the cancelled event for an upcoming event.
o No refunds will be provided for change of mind or inability to attend. In the event of a medical emergency a credit will be issued on production of evidence of the emergency.
3. Event Policies:
o Attendees must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth in the current LEE ACADEMY HANDBOOK, TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
o Prohibited items include but are not limited to weapons, illegal substances, and outside food or beverages.
o Lee Academy reserves the right to search attendees and their belongings upon entry to the event premises.
4. Liability Waiver:
o Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.
o Lee Academy is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event, except in cases of negligence or wilful misconduct.
5. Privacy and Data Protection:
o Personal information collected during ticket sales will be used solely for the purpose of organising the event and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
6. Force Majeure:
o Lee Academy is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, and government regulations.
7. Dispute Resolution:
o Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through consultation with Lee Academy and the current Lee Academy Handbook, Terms and Conditions of Membership.
8. Updates and Amendments:
o Lee Academy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Attendees will be notified of any changes via email or through the event website.
