By enrolling your child in the basketball coaching clinic, you, as the legal guardian, acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. **Assumption of Risk**: You understand that participation in basketball activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your child's participation in this clinic.

2. **Waiver and Release of Liability**: In consideration of your child's participation, you agree to waive, release, and discharge the clinic organizers, instructors, and affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your child's participation in the clinic.

3. **Medical Authorization**: You give permission for the clinic staff to seek emergency medical treatment for your child in case of an injury or medical emergency.

4. **Rules and Conduct**: You agree to ensure that your child adheres to all rules and conduct guidelines set forth by the clinic. You acknowledge that failure to comply may result in your child's removal from the program.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
