Booking & Payment
* Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received in full.
* The booking fee covers all sessions for the full term.
* Each session requires a minimum of 10 players to proceed. If a session does not reach this number, participants will be notified and offered an alternative or full refund.
Refunds & Cancellations
* Bookings are non-refundable, except in the case of medical reasons (with a doctor’s certificate) or program cancellation by the club.
* If a session is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, the club will aim to provide a catch-up session where possible.
Age Groups & Eligibility
* Children must be within the specified age group for each session.
* The club reserves the right to move a child to a different group if required for safety or program balance.
Health & Safety
* Parents must inform the club of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of booking.
* Children must bring appropriate sportswear, footwear, and a water bottle to each session.
Code of Conduct
* All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and fellow participants.
* The club reserves the right to remove any child from a session if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
Liability
* Participation is at your child’s own risk. The club, its staff, and volunteers are not responsible for personal injury or property loss.
Communication
* Important updates regarding sessions will be communicated via the contact details provided at booking.
