1.) Any injuries sustained by the participant/s
2) Any loss or damage to property owned by, or in the possession of the participant/s
3) Any acts, omissions, negligence or faults of any person associated with or participating in the organisation, running or management of this fun walk, cycle and ride.

I/We acknowledge the track is a walking track with several kilometres isolated from any assistance. I/We agree to enter this event in the knowledge that I am/we are on my/our own and responsible for my/our own safety.

Please be advised that photographs of the event will be taken and may be used in local media to report and promote the event.
