Weather
This is an outdoor event and is weather dependent.
• In the case of light rain, the event may still proceed.
• If heavy rain, strong wind, or unsafe weather conditions occur, sessions may be delayed, modified, relocated or cancelled.
• If the event cannot proceed due to weather, tickets may be transferred to another available session where possible.

Refunds are not provided due to weather disruptions.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 5 minutes before your booked session time.

Sessions operate on a schedule to ensure all children have the opportunity to participate.

Late arrivals may miss part or all of their session and sessions cannot be extended.

No Shows
Due to the limited capacity of each session, no-shows cannot be refunded or transferred.

Maximum Number of Eggs
Each child will participate in a mini Easter egg activity.

To ensure fairness for all children:
• Each child may collect up to the maximum number of eggs allocated for the session.
• Eggs are distributed during the activity and additional eggs cannot be provided once the allocation for that session has been reached.
• Eggs must remain within the designated activity area.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Chocolate eggs may contain common allergens including dairy, soy, nuts or traces of nuts.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring the eggs are suitable for their child’s dietary requirements.

Alternative eggs may not be available.

Supervision
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

This is not a drop-off activity.

Behaviour & Safety
For the safety and enjoyment of all participants:
• Children must follow the directions of staff.
• Running, pushing or unsafe behaviour is not permitted.
• Organisers reserve the right to remove participants from the activity if behaviour poses a risk to others.

Photography
Parents are welcome to take photos during the experience.

By attending the event you acknowledge that general event photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes by the organisers.

The organisers reserve the right to adjust activities, session timing or elements of the experience if required for safety, weather or operational reasons.

While all reasonable care will be taken, participation in the event is at the attendee’s own risk.

The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage, injury or accidents that may occur during the event.
