Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing a ticket to the Stars of 2026 Year 6 Formal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Non-Refundable Tickets
All ticket purchases are strictly non-refundable. Once payment has been made, tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for any reason including change of mind, illness, or inability to attend.

Eligibility
Tickets are open to Year 6 students and their parent or guardian(s) only. This ensures the event remains a safe and appropriate celebration for the graduating students. Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate for extended family and siblings due to capacity requirements.

Event Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and follow the venue’s policies and event guidelines. The Committee reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

Event Changes
The organising committee reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, format, or arrangements if required.

Liability
The event is organised by a parent volunteer committee. While every effort will be made to ensure a safe and enjoyable evening, the organisers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

Photography
Photographs and videos may be taken during the evening for the purpose of sharing memories within the Year 6 parent community.
