Refunds will not be possible after 9.00pm on Sunday 9 August 2026. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to events@stleonards.vic.edu.au. Please note that TryBooking processing and booking fees and credit card fees cannot be refunded.

The names, contact details and dietary requirements of all attendees must be supplied to the College by 9am on Monday 10 August 2026.

By attending the St Leonard's College Foundation Gala Ball, you consent to photographs and film footage of you being taken and used by the College for promotional purposes without any payment to you.
