In the event of a cancellation, the policy is as follows:

• Between 14 and 30 days before retreat start date - loss of 70% of total cost by registered applicant.
• Less than 14 days before retreat start date - loss of 80% of total cost by registered applicant.
• Within 24 hours of retreat start date and once retreat has begun - loss of 100% of total cost by registered applicant.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
