1. Each ticket is valid for entry for one person only. Reproduction or resale of tickets is prohibited unless authorised by the TAQ.
2. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation or rescheduling. If the Event is cancelled, refunds will be issued to
the original method of payment.
3. The TAQ is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If you lose your ticket, please contact the ticketing platform for assistance.
4. Admission is subject to the presentation of a valid ticket and adherence to venue policies. The TAQ reserves the right to refuse entry or
remove any person for disruptive behaviour or non-compliance with venue rules.
5. Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive by the TAQ or
venue staff may result in removal from the Event without a refund.
6. The TAQ is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property occurring at the Event. Attendees attend at their own risk.
7. The TAQ may employ photographers and videographers at the Event. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded and
the use of such images for promotional purposes.
8. Personal photography is allowed only for non-commercial purposes and must not interfere with other attendees’ enjoyment of the
Event. The use of professional equipment requires prior authorization from the TAQ.
9. The TAQ reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, lineup, or venue. Any changes will be communicated through the
ticketing platform or TAQ’s website.
10. Food to be pre-purchased and will be served at end of the event. Food is not allowed in the auditorium or carpeted area. If food is
spilled in the carpet area, the venue's cleaning cost will be transferred to you.
