Statement of Consent 

July Camp is for full time campers only, due to the limited amount of places available. Please don't register if you are unable to attend for the whole duration.

Dietary Requirements and Special Needs
All dietary requirements and special needs should be noted and emailed to officialjulycamp@outlook prior to 08/06/2026. Illness and Allergy details will also need to be noted. Please also be specific about medications, giving exact details. All medications will be collected by the first aid officer on arrival to camp.


I hereby agree and declare that I am the legal parent/guardian of the above-named child and hereby consent to the child's participation in the activities that are described to me in registration process. I understand that activities of the kind described may result in physical injury to my child but nonetheless specifically request that he or she be allowed to participate in those activities. I consent to my child being transported from Emmaus Campsite to all camp activity venues whilst being accompanied by camp leaders. These locations include,

-Blyth Cinema
-Horizon Christian School Gymnasium
-Blyth Sports Ground


I, the parent/ legal guardian, hereby agree and declare that I have carefully read and understand the scope of the July camp activities and I consent to the participation of the above-named child to these activities. Camp activities include but are not limited to;

-Hiking
-Various sport games
-Games night, creating a skit, song or dance and performing it, or gameshow.
-Art or creative thinking activities
-Bush dancing
-Going to the cinema


The camp management will not be held liable for any injury that may occur to the child from being involved in the camp activities. Camp leaders will take measures to make the camp a safe environment for your child.



If the above-named child requires any emergency medical treatment or procedures during the activities, I hereby consent to the camp leaders under the direction of the camp’s First Aid Officer, to make decisions based on the South Australian first aid training standards and to take actions to arrange for such procedures or treatments at the discretion and direction of the First Aid Officer.



Refunds

To refund a ticket, the camp registrar must be notified 14 days before the commencement of July camp. Refunds within 14 days of the commencement of camp will be determined by the camp committee on the basis of if that spot will be easily filled. The camp committee has full discretion to whether they grant the refund because the request is within the 14 days before camp. Refunds after the camp has commenced won’t be granted.



Mobile Phones

As stated in the camp registration form, I accept that campers are not permitted to have Mobile devices on camp. I the parent/guardian give consent to the camp leaders to confiscate my child’s mobile device until the conclusion of the camp.

If your child requests contact with a parent, contact will be made from a leader’s mobile phone at the soonest possible opportunity.



Camp is a vaping, smoking, drug and alcohol free space. There will be no tolerance for any of these things.
