By enrolling in this immersion, you are committing to your place in the container we are creating together. Your booking contributes to venue, staffing, and preparation costs, therefore tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, including withdrawal at any stage.

If you are unable to attend due to serious and unexpected circumstances (such as major illness or family emergency), you may request either:
• A transfer to a future offering, or
• Transfer your ticket to another person (subject to our approval and arranged before the immersion begins).

We may request supporting documentation where appropriate.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
