No refunds will be given for change of mind.
A refund for 50% of the ticket price will be granted if event organiser is notified at least 24 hours prior to the start of the course and a medical certificate is supplied.
A credit for 100% of the ticket price will be granted if event organiser is notified at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course.
