Gold Buckle Campdraft Championship 2026 Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to, entering, or attending the Gold Buckle Campdraft Championship 2026 at Willinga Park, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Conditions of Entry
Entry to Willinga Park is subject to these Terms and Conditions, all venue signage, and any lawful direction given by event staff, security, management or authorised personnel.
Tickets must be valid for the date of entry and must be produced on request.
Footwear must be worn at all times while on the property.
Children under 12 years of age must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
Patrons must behave in a safe, respectful and orderly manner at all times.
Obscene, abusive, offensive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.
No rubbish is to be left on the grounds. Please use bins and designated waste areas provided.
No commercial photography, filming, recording or live streaming is permitted without prior written approval from Willinga Park.
Patrons must not enter restricted, fenced, signed, competition, livestock, performer, operational or staff-only areas unless expressly authorised.
Patrons must follow all safety signage and directions, including directions relating to parking, pedestrian movement, emergency procedures and venue access.
Vehicles must be driven carefully and in accordance with all directions on site. Any vehicle being driven recklessly, dangerously or contrary to staff directions may be removed from the venue.
Willinga Park reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any person who breaches these Terms and Conditions, behaves in an unsafe or offensive manner, is affected by alcohol or drugs, or poses a risk to people, property, animals or the event. In these circumstances, tickets may be cancelled without refund, subject to rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Entry is at your own risk. Campdrafting, equestrian activity, stunt performances and live event environments involve inherent risks. Patrons must take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others.
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in any area specifically designated by Willinga Park. Smoking or vaping in spectator areas, enclosed spaces, or any prohibited area is not permitted.
No illegal drugs, weapons, glass, laser devices, fireworks, drones or other dangerous items are permitted on site.
Dogs and other animals are not permitted unless approved by Willinga Park or required by law, including accredited assistance animals.
Willinga Park may conduct bag checks or security screening as a condition of entry.
2. Tickets, Payments and Booking Conditions
Tickets may be purchased using approved payment methods made available at the time of booking, including credit card and any other payment methods offered through the ticketing platform.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Booking, transaction or processing fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless required by law.
A ticket is only valid if purchased through an authorised ticketing channel.
Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale for commercial gain without the prior written consent of Willinga Park.
Lost, stolen, damaged or duplicated tickets may be cancelled or refused entry at the discretion of Willinga Park.
Unless otherwise stated, each ticket is valid for one person for the date or session shown on the ticket.
Re-entry conditions, if permitted, will be determined by Willinga Park and communicated at the event.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to horses@willinga.com.au
and will be effective from the date the email is received. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
Where a ticket holder cancels more than 7 days before the relevant Event Date, Willinga Park may refund the ticket price paid, less any non-refundable booking, transaction or processing fees.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the relevant Event Date, except as required by law.

Refunds, where approved, will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 14 days of confirmation.
Weather conditions, including rain, wind, hail, heat, cold, dust or similar conditions, do not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund where the event proceeds substantially as planned.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the event is cancelled, materially changed, or cannot be delivered as required by law, ticket holders may be entitled to a refund or other remedy.
4. Event Changes
Willinga Park reserves the right to vary the event program, competition schedule, entertainment lineup, starting times, session times, supporting acts, attractions, inclusions or venue operations at any time.
Any advertised performer, entertainment act, competition feature, schedule item or inclusion is subject to change, withdrawal or substitution without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, changes to the event program or lineup do not entitle a ticket holder to a refund unless the change is a major change for the purposes of the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Safety and Venue Rules
Patrons must remain behind all barriers, rails, fencing and designated viewing areas.
Patrons must not interfere with any livestock, horses, riders, vehicles, equipment, performers or event operations.
Patrons must not throw objects, climb fences or structures, or engage in conduct that may endanger themselves or others.
In an emergency, patrons must follow all directions from staff, security, emergency services or venue management.
Willinga Park is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal property brought onto the venue, except to the extent caused by Willinga Park’s negligence or as otherwise required by law.
6. Media, Photography and Recording
By entering Willinga Park and attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, recorded or otherwise captured in still or moving images, audio or audiovisual content by Willinga Park, its contractors, sponsors, partners, media organisations and authorised third parties.
You consent to the use of your image, likeness, voice and attendance in any media, publication, broadcast, livestream, promotional material, marketing content, editorial content or archival material relating to Willinga Park, the event and associated activities, without compensation.
This consent is ongoing and applies to use in any format or media now known or later developed.
If you attend with a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor, or are otherwise authorised to provide consent on their behalf.
7. Privacy
Willinga Park may collect, store and use personal information provided during the ticket purchase and event entry process for purposes including ticketing, event administration, customer service, venue operations, safety, communications relating to the event, and as otherwise set out in its privacy policy.
By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you acknowledge that your personal information may be collected and handled in accordance with Willinga Park’s privacy policy.
Personal information may be disclosed to ticketing providers, contractors, service providers, emergency services, insurers, professional advisers and government authorities where reasonably necessary for event delivery, safety, compliance or as required by law.
Willinga Park may contact ticket holders with important event updates, operational notices and changes relating to the event. Privacy law generally requires organisations collecting personal information to notify individuals about that collection and how the information will be handled.
8. General
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any failure by Willinga Park to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of its rights.
These Terms and Conditions should be read together with any event-specific conditions, ticketing conditions and venue directions issued by Willinga Park from time to time.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
