Ticket Purchase
* All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
* Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time stated.
* The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if a ticket is invalid, damaged, or the validity of a ticket is questionable
* If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased. The Organiser will not be liable for any other losses incurred as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
Entry Requirements
* Attendees must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.
* Proof of identity may be required at entry.
* The organiser reserves the right to deny admission for safety, security, or venue capacity reasons.
Event Changes
* The Organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute players and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories) and audience capacity.
* In the case of cancellation, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Behaviour and Safety
* Attendees must comply with venue rules and staff directions.
* Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour including but not limited to abusive or discriminatory behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
* Illegal items, alcohol, and prohibited substances are not allowed.
Liability
* Attendees enter the venue at their own risk.
* The organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except as required by law.
* When attending the event, you and each attendee in your group agree to assume all risks associated with COVID-19 or other such communicable diseases.
* You agree to comply with all Government directions, orders and regulations relevant to attending live events, which may be in place at the time of the event.
Use of Media
* By attending, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded.
* The organiser may use such media for promotional purposes without compensation.
Privacy
* Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
* Information will only be used for ticketing and event communication purposes.
Governing Law
* These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
