COVID-19 

We will be adhering to all of the governments guidelines and restrictions for the safety of our dancers. All student’s will be required to socially distance and wash hands regularly.

What age does my child need to be?

PPAC caters for children aged from 4-16 years of age.

What time does the Workshop run?

The Workshop runs from 9:00am to 4:00pm Each Day. PPAC requests that children are promptly picked up at 4pm. We reserve the right to charge $1 per minute after 4:15pm. If parents are running late, please advise management on 0438 407 497 as soon as possible. Extended hours can be arranged if needed drop off & pick up times. Fees may apply depending on duration. How many days can my child attend?

Children may attend the Workshop for single days or the 6 Day Camp or a mixture of days!. Simply select which days when purchasing your tickets.

What does my child have to bring?

Children should bring a packed and healthy lunch as well as morning and afternoon tea. Water should also be brought in a refillable bottle. Please ensure that all belongings are labelled with your child’s name.

What should my child wear?

Comfortable clothes that won’t restrict flexibility and shoes suitable for activity and running. No Jeans. Please ensure that all clothing and belongings are clearly labelled with your child’s name.

What should my child not bring?

Please ensure your child does not bring valuable toys or money to the Workshop, including ipods, PSP’s, Gameboys etc. Mobile phones are also not advised, as we cannot be held responsible if they go missing. If a child needs to be contacted, please go through the PPAC Team Leader, who can be contacted on 0438 407 497 during camp time. If it is absolutely necessary that a child have a mobile phone present at Workshop, please advise staff whom will safe keep it until the end of the day. PPAC is not liable for any personal items lost or damaged whilst at Workshop.

What is the drop off / pick up procedure?

We will take an attendance roll each day. Parking is available at the back and front of the building.

How are the children grouped?

Some activities will be group by age, others will include the group as a whole.

What will my child be doing at Workshop?

During the structured Workshop times of 9:00am to 4:00pm, children will be constantly involved with their group participating in many activity sessions per day of Drama, Dance, Sports, Cheer, Acrobatics, Movies & Art & Craft. Kids will get to do many different activities following a timetable that allows for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea breaks.

What if my child is feeling anxious or shy?

No problem, our caring and trained staff are experienced in helping children to feel safe, involved, encouraged and valued.

What happens to disruptive children?

In the interests and safety of other children attending Workshop, bullying, aggressive or non-cohesive behavior will not be tolerated. There will be no refunds made and parents will be responsible for collecting their child and any associated costs.

Will photographs be taken?

Occasionally photographs will be taken of children partaking in activities whilst at PPAC with the intention of using them in advertising and promotional material. Any footage used would be of an appropriate and encouraging agenda. If you would prefer that your child is excluded from photos or videos, kindly let a staff member know at drop-off.

What if my child gets sick?

With the presentation of a Doctors Certificate, days missed by sickness will be held as credit days to be used at another time, for up to 12 months.

What if I want to cancel my booking?

Bookings cancelled more than 7 days before the first day of the camp will receive a full refund, minus a $20 administration fee. Bookings cancelled 6-day prior to Workshop period will be unable to receive any refund. You may transfer a booking to another child as long as you give appropriate and fair notice to PPAC or hold funds towards Term fees or Workshops held in 2024 or 2025.
