Tickets, Payments & Transfers
All tickets must be purchased via the official booking platform and are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another person or future event, subject to availability and organiser approval. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Wellness Participation Waiver.
Cancellations & Event Changes
If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer to another person or future event, arranged in advance and subject to availability. If Lionsgate Events cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or transfer. If an event is postponed due to illness, weather, government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
Drum Making Workshops – Materials Commitment
Drum Making Workshops require advance purchase of specialised materials. Cancellations one (1) month or less prior incur a non-refundable $400 materials fee. Any remaining balance may be transferred.
Health, Participation & Suitability
Lionsgate Events offers wellness experiences which may include breathwork, sound healing, yoga nidra, meditation, ceremonial practices, intuitive or energy healing, liquid crystal essences, drum making, chakra workshops, equine-assisted experiences, movement and nature immersion. These experiences may involve physical activity, emotional release, altered states of awareness, interaction with animals or natural environments. Participation may not be suitable for everyone, including those who are pregnant or have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, seizure history, serious medical or mental health conditions, recent surgery or injury. Some ceremonial offerings are optional and not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
Equine-assisted experiences involve live animals, which may behave unpredictably and carry inherent risk. Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by facilitators and equine professionals at all times.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm you participate voluntarily, take responsibility for your health and participate at your own risk.
Safety & Conduct
You are responsible for your own wellbeing, boundaries and participation and agree to follow all safety instructions. Lionsgate Events may refuse participation or remove any attendee whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. Events are drug- and alcohol-free unless otherwise stated.
Photography & Media
Photos or short videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Please advise the organiser on arrival if you do not wish to appear in images or recordings.
Location & Property
Events are held at Heartwood Farm, 498 Binna Burra Road, Federal NSW (unless otherwise stated). Attendees enter the property and participate at their own risk. Lionsgate Events and Heartwood Farm Byron Bay are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal, health and sensitive information collected is treated as confidential, stored securely, and used solely for event administration, participant safety and experience alignment. Information is not shared with third parties except where required by law or to protect participant wellbeing.
Astrological Information
For astrology-based workshops, date, place and time of birth may be requested and used solely to prepare personalised insights. This information is treated confidentially and not used for any other purpose.
Wellness Participation Waiver & Acknowledgement
By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily, these experiences are not a substitute for medical or psychological care, I am responsible for my own wellbeing, I have disclosed relevant conditions, and I release and hold harmless Lionsgate Events Pty Ltd, Heartwood Farm Byron Bay, facilitators, contractors, staff and animal handlers from liability to the extent permitted by law.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
