1. General Conditions of Entry
All attendees must hold a valid ticket for entry to the Pride of Work Awards.

By purchasing or accepting a ticket, attendees agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Rotary Club of Burleigh Heads reserves the right to amend event details if required.

2. Ticket Types
a) Standard Ticket (General Admission)
Provides entry for one guest to the Pride of Work Awards.

Includes canapés, two‑course dinner, and first drink.

Standard tickets are available for purchase by the general public, employers, families, and community members.

b) Sponsor Table Ticket
Available only to official event partners and sponsors.

Includes a reserved table of 8 seats as part of the sponsor’s partnership package.

Sponsor tables cannot be transferred, resold, or split into individual tickets.

Additional seats beyond the allocated 8 must be purchased separately as Standard Tickets.

c) Employer/Organisation Ticket
Available to employers who have nominated an employee for an award.

Each nominee receives one complimentary ticket.

The nominee must attend the event with their employer or an authorised employer representative.

Employers must purchase an Employer/Organisation Ticket to accompany their nominee.

Complimentary nominee tickets cannot be transferred to another person.

3. Ticket Transfers & Refunds
Tickets are non‑refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee within the same organisation with prior notice to the event organisers.

Sponsor table tickets cannot be transferred to non‑sponsor organisations.

4. Event Changes or Cancellation
If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to donate the ticket value to Rotary community projects.

The Rotary Club of Burleigh Heads is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to event changes.

5. Photography & Media
The event will be photographed and may be filmed for promotional purposes.

By attending, guests consent to the use of their image in Rotary marketing, social media, and future event promotions.

If a guest does not wish to be photographed, they must notify the event team on arrival.

6. Behaviour & Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and in alignment with Rotary values.

The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

7. Privacy
Personal information collected during ticket purchase or nomination will be used solely for event administration and communication.

Information will not be shared with third parties except where required for event delivery.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
