Code Sprouts Kids – Holiday Coding Course
Terms and Conditions

By booking a place in a Code Sprouts Kids workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through the official booking platform. A participant’s place is confirmed once full payment has been received.

2. Age Requirement
Code Sprouts Kids workshops are designed for children aged 6–10 years, and activities will be tailored to suit this age group.

3. Location
The workshop will take place at the East Bowral Community Centre in Bowral, NSW. Code Sprouts Kids is independently organised and is not operated by the venue.

4. Instructor Information
Code Sprouts Kids is organised and led by a 13-year-old student who enjoys coding and technology, with parent or guardian supervision present during the workshop.

5. Behaviour
Participants are expected to treat others respectfully and follow instructions so that everyone can enjoy the session. Disruptive behaviour may result in a participant being asked to leave.

6. Devices
Participants may be asked to bring a laptop or tablet suitable for basic coding activities. Further instructions will be provided before the workshop.

7. Photography
Photos may occasionally be taken during the workshop for promotional purposes. Parents or guardians may request that their child not appear in photos.

8. Cancellations
If a participant cannot attend, notice should be given as early as possible. Refunds may depend on the booking platform policies.

9. Liability
Reasonable care will be taken to provide a safe learning environment. Parents or guardians remain responsible for providing accurate contact details and any relevant medical information.

10. Changes
Code Sprouts Kids reserves the right to make minor changes to the workshop schedule or activities if required.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
