Doors open from 6.30pm for a 7.00pm seating.
Please make sure you note any food allergies when booking, we cannot cater for these if we aren't aware.

As this is a school event, this function will be alcohol free.

Dietary requirements are to be made online at the time of the booking.

While we endeavour to accommodate seating preferences when the time arises, it may not be possible to meet every request. There is a maximum of 10-12 per table.

We do recognise that there are sometimes special circumstances and other arrangements may need to be made. Please feel free to contact kate.barresi@education.vic.gov.au regarding to any special requests. (Note requests will be subject to availability)

Refunds requests WILL NOT be accepted for any reason.

If in the event that we need to cancel due to low numbers we will be in contact with families regarding refunds for this reason only.

Photography:
Professional photographers will be in attendance and that by purchasing your tickets, students, parents and carers understand that students’ image may appear on a shared drive and available for download or used for promotional material in newsletters and yearbooks. If you do not want your child’s image used, please make contact with the senior school via email at kate.barresi@education.vic.gov.au.au or by calling the general office.

Anaphylaxis:
Students with anaphylaxis MUST bring their epi-pen with them to all excursions, sporting competitions, camps or experiences that are held off the school grounds AND have an up to date Anaphylaxis management plan. Teachers in charge will bring the College epi-pen, management plan and a generic epi-pen for emergencies only. Students who fail to bring their epi-pen will not be able to attend events held outside of the school.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
